The first step in working with me is to complete the Training and Nutrition Questionnaire and answer the questions in the survey in detail and honestly.

Then, after submitting the completed questionnaire, I will present an action plan within 7 business days, defining your goals. Once everything has been discussed and is clear to you, and you have paid for the package you choose, our collaboration officially begins.

SCOPE OF COLLABORATION
Individual collaboration includes the preparation of a personalized training plan. The scope and type of exercises will be tailored to your development priorities, regardless of whether you train at the gym or at home. I will select appropriate sport supplements to provide optimal support during your training. You will receive dietary advice.
Materials are delivered via the comprehensive Fitebo Companion app (download from the App Store or Google Play).
We collaborate through this app.
You will receive personalized support throughout the entire collaboration period.
Every 7-14 days, you will send me your training journal and reports – these are the most important elements of our collaboration.
You will also provide videos recorded by you for video analysis to help me correct any errors.

PAYMENTS
Payment is made in advance for the entire collaboration period you choose. Once your collaboration begins, there are no refunds. A one-time suspension for a two-week period is possible.
